On June 22, 2023, I was allowed to give a lunch lecture for the Centre of Expertise Smart Sustainable Cities of the Utrecht University of Applied Sciences.
I paid attention to the circular challenge, the Gordian knot of making circularity measurable, the development of a holistic measurement model based on design science research and the (initial) results of a measurement that was carried out together with Route Circulair in the Utrecht region.
